仕事内容:
日本市場運営マネージャーとして、会社の戦略目標に沿って日本でのビジネス運営を監督します。市場開発戦略を策定し実施し、ビジネス成長を推進し、市場シェアを拡大します。また、高パフォーマンスのチームを管理し育成します。
主な責任:
- 会社全体の目標と一致する日本市場向けのビジネス戦略を策定し実施する。
- 業界の動向や競合他社を理解するための市場調査を監督し、意思決定のための洞察を提供する。
- 販売目標を設定し達成し、顧客基盤を拡大し、強固な顧客関係を維持し、顧客満足度を向上させる。
- 予算を管理し、リソースを配分し、コストを管理してビジネスの収益性を確保する。
- 他部門と協力して円滑な運営とプロジェクトの実行を確保する。
資格:
- 学士号以上。
- 関連分野での少なくとも5年以上の経験、チームリーダーの経験がある方を優遇。
- 優れたコミュニケーション、リーダーシップ、チーム管理スキルを持ち、多文化環境で働く能力。
- 日本語に堪能で、英語でのコミュニケーション能力が高いこと。日本市場と文化に精通し、現地の販売ネットワークやリソースを持つ方を優遇。
- 戦略的思考と意思決定能力を持ち、急速に変化する市場環境に適応できること。
Job Description:
As the Japan Market Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing business operations in Japan to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives. You will develop and implement market development strategies, drive business growth, and increase market share. You will also manage and nurture a team of high-performance individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies for the Japanese market, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Oversee market research to understand industry trends and competitors, providing insights for decision-making.
- Set and achieve sales targets, expand the customer base, maintain strong customer relationships, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, allocate resources, and control costs to ensure business profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, with a preference for those with team leadership experience.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in Japanese and good English communication skills. Familiarity with the Japanese market and culture, as well as local sales networks and resources, is preferred.
- Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with the capability to adapt to a rapidly changing market environment.
