業務内容


一国一城の主として、伝統を経営する。

「大阪とらふぐの会」の顔となり、次世代の「和のプロフェッショナル」を育てる。

  • 求めるのは、凛とした「プレイングマネージャー」

お任せするのは、VIPに愛される「大阪とらふぐの会」「大阪焼ふぐの会」の店長候補として、

現場の指揮と店舗経営の舵取りをお願いします。

極上のおもてなし: 自身が体現者となり、最高級の接客を提供(ご案内、お料理の解説、空間演出)。

数値管理・マネジメント: 売上・コストの管理、予約動向の分析、戦略的な店舗運営。

チームビルディング: スタッフの着付け指導や作法教育、モチベーション管理。

店舗ブランディング: 季節のしつらえ(お花・空間)から、顧客管理まで。
