税理士事務所での経理作業をお任せ

【会計ソフトへの仕訳入力】

お客様からお預かりしたレシート、領収書、

通帳のコピーなどを見ながら、

専用ソフト(ミロク情報サービスなど)に金額や日付を入力する作業です。

【書類の整理】

ファイリング

  • バラバラの状態の領収書を月ごとにまとめ、

後で見返しやすいように専用のファイルへ整理・貼付します。

【スキャン・データ化作業】

  • 紙の書類をスキャナーで読み込み、

クラウド上のフォルダへ保存する事務作業です。

【確認・照合作業】

  • 入力したデータと、実際の通帳の残高が一致しているかどうかのチェックを行います。

基本給:時給 1950円

<月給お給料日:毎月末日〆、翌月10日支給>
