関西を中心に店舗展開中のグループ店

腰を据えて長期で働ける条件を

店舗運営を中心とした業務を

お任せしていきます。

まずは店舗状況を把握していただくために、

接客業務からスタート

*オープン前、オープン後準備

*お客様の案内

*飲み物やフードの提供

*テーブル管理

*片付け、清掃…など…etc

●まずは店舗状況を把握して頂くために、

ホール業務からスタート

・ドリンク運び/灰皿交換/片付け・清掃

・お客様のご案内補助/キャストのサポート

・店内の簡単な段取り・準備

※違法な客引きや、

業務中の無理な飲酒はありません。

未経験でも安心して勤務して

いただけるように、研修制度や

フォロー体制を完備しています。

すぐに覚えられることばかりなので、

未経験の方でも安心して

働くことができます

可能となります。

・キッチン:簡単な準備・補助・洗い場

・クローク:荷物預かり・返却、案内

・フロント:受付・ご案内・予約対応の補助

・リスト(キャッシャ)

■1日目

座学 1時間程度

ナイトワークの基礎や

お店のルールを丁寧にレクチャーし

初日はトレーナーの横につきながら

店内の雰囲気を体感していただきます。

■2日目〜7日目

トレーナーとロープレを行いながら

下げものやトイレ案内などの

簡単な業務から少しずつチャレンジ。

実践を交えつつ段階的に

覚えていけるため、

未経験スタートでも

不安なく成長できます。

社員スタッフが丁寧に

サポートしますので、

未経験でもご安心ください。

雇用形態: 正社員

給与・報酬: 400,000円 (月給) 以上
