店舗運営を中心とした業務を
お任せしていきます。
まずは店舗状況を把握していただくために、
接客業務からスタート
*オープン前、オープン後準備
*お客様の案内
*飲み物やフードの提供
*テーブル管理
*片付け、清掃…など…etc
▼充実した研修プログラムをご用意
最初は本社での座学研修からスタートし、
事業内容を理解していただきます。
その後、マネジメント研修に進んでいただき、
実務に携わりながらスキルを高めていけます。
なお、実務経験後は、
社歴や年齢に関係なく、
実績と成果が評価の対象となります。
