電気自動車群の蓄電池を電力システムの需給調整手段として活用する、Vehicle to Gridの社会実装を進めています。グローバル規模での脱炭素化目標を達成する手段として、電気自動車を活用したソリューションの提案に挑戦でき、将来的には国内外での活躍できるスペシャリストに進むことが期待できるポジションです。EVが大量に普及した時代を想定して、EV充放電マネジメントの仕組みづくり、データサイエンスに基づくEV行動予測技術や社外の大学・研究機関と連携しながら価値づくりなどの研究を実施するチームです。
Vehicle to Gridを対象としたEVエネルギーマネジメントシステムの研究開発を行っていただきます。主な業務は以下になります。
- EV充放電を最適化する制御ロジックの開発、EV行動予測モデル開発。
- EVエネマネビジネスとして成功させるための条件検討と、エコシステム作り/パートナー検討。
- パートナーとのシステム共同開発および実証試験

EV充放電制御ロジック、エネルギーマネジメントシステム、ユーザインターフェイスの開発から国内外での技術とビジネスモデルの実証試験まで幅広く取り組むことができます。また、国内外の大学やサプライヤと協業機会が多数あり、最先端の研究者・技術者と対等に議論できる環境があります。ビジネス化や社会実装といった出口を睨むため、研究所とはいえ、開発部署およびビジネス部署までグローバルな体制で広く連携することができます。
