仕事内容


【正社員・月給制】

*取引先工場(食品等の外装印刷工場)からの製品を扱う当社営業所において、管理職(管理監督者)として、幅広く所長を補佐していただきます。

*物流の実務としては、フォークリフトを使用しての倉庫管理、納品または出荷等を行います(*フォークリフト運転技能講習修了が必須)

*この他、事務実務(メール対応、数値管理、書類の作成など)・労務・庶務など事業場全体の管理を含めて、同じ関係先の当社事業所(三芳営業所、群馬藤岡倉庫など)と連携しながらお仕事を進めていきます。

*物流関連施設での実務経験がある方で、リーダー職あるいはマネジメント経験がある方であれば即戦力としてご活躍いただけます。

【1日の流れ】

 作業指示:朝礼にて、当日の作業指示、注意事項伝達、健康管理など

 作業進捗管理:入出庫作業の進捗を確認し、1日の業務が滞りなく進むよう調整

 クレーム対応:トラブル発生時の初期対応、報告、改善策の検討・立案・実施

 キャリアとの交渉:庸車・路線会社・その他協力会社との折衝・調整業務

 スタッフマネジメント:人員管理・配置、勤怠管理、教育および指導

 荷主との調整:荷主様との連携・折衝などを行い、信頼関係の構築

 ミーテイングの実施:適宜スタッフミーティングを行い、課題解決に努める

 終業時巡回:終業後に倉庫全体の巡回を行い終了(お疲れさまでした)

【必須条件】

・運送業、倉庫業の実務経験

・フォークリフト運転技能講習修了

・5名以上のマネジメント経験

・ビジネスレベルのPCスキル

・運送業や倉庫業のマネジメント経験がある方

・事業所内外との連携により作業を進めることもありますので、コミュニケーション力があり、調整・交渉などが得意な方が望ましいです。

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり17日 〜 23日

*勤務時間(始業)8:00 / (終業)17:00 [休憩60分]

*関係先工場が土曜日曜はお休みのため、休日出勤はほとんどありません。

休日休暇


*「完全週休二日制」で、年間休日数は「119日(以上)」あります。

*土曜と日曜は休日(工場も休み)で、休日出勤はほとんどありません。

*一部の祝祭日は、関係先の就業カレンダー(年間で決定)により出勤となる場合がありますが、他の日に振替えられます。

*夏季休暇、年末年始休暇あり

*有給休暇は、入社日から6ヶ月継続勤務し全就業日の8割以上出勤した場合に10日を付与。その後は法定どおりに付与します。

*その他、慶弔休暇(有休)、子の看護等の休暇、介護休暇などあり、就業規則等に定めています。

勤務地


*通勤は公共交通機関でも可能ですが、バス本数が少ないため、マイカー・バイク通勤、自転車通勤を推奨します。

給与詳細


基本給:月給 35万円 〜 40万円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

*給与は、月末締めの翌月25日支払い

*賞与(7月・12月の年2回あり)

*昇給・昇格(年1回あり/5月)

*通勤交通費:マイカー通勤(バイク含む)の場合は、ガソリン代の実費相当額[*]を支給します。

[*] 実費相当額=「自宅~勤務先」間の往復距離÷8km×月初の県内平均ガソリン代×出勤日数

自転車通勤の場合は、月額2,000円の定額支給です。

公共交通機関利用(可能ですが推奨しません)時は、購入・更新時に6ヶ月定期券代を支給。

給与例


① 4,700,000円 / 入社2年目・40歳代課長職

② 5,600,000円 / 入社3年目・50歳代所長職

③ 6,000,000円 / 入社5年目・50歳代部長職
