当ポジションは、ダイバーシティ推進を入口とした人事ゼネラリスト育成ポジションです。
ダイバーシティの専任担当としてキャリアが固定されるものではなく、
将来的には当社人事をリードする人材として活躍いただくことを想定しています。

■ポジションについて
持続的な成長に向け、多様な人材が安心して能力を最大限に発揮できる環境づくりを目的として、女性活躍推進、障がい者雇用の促進、育児・介護と仕事の両立支援など、ダイバーシティ&インクルージョン(DE&I)に関する各種施策の企画および運用をお任せします。
■具体的な業務内容
- ダイバーシティ推進施策の企画・運営
- 女性活躍推進に関する活動
- 障がい者雇用に関する活動(定着支援・関係機関との連携)
- 育児・介護と仕事の両立支援施策の企画/改善(利用促進・職場への理解浸透)
- 制度・環境整備
- 各種人事制度・社内ルールの企画・見直し
- 社内ガイドライン・運用ルールの整備
- 各種データ集計・分析
- 各種報告書・サステナビリティ開示等への対応
- 社内外コミュニケーション
- 社内への施策周知および関係部署とのプロジェクト活動
- 行政・外部機関・支援団体との連携
※志向やご経験に応じて、幅広い人事業務にも携わっていただきます。
- ダイバーシティ推進を軸に、人事の基礎領域を横断
- 採用業務のサポート
- 福利厚生施策(職場つみたてNISAなど)への関与
- 人事評価制度の運用

- 職務等級制度の導入
- 指名委員会事務局への関与

Requirements
■必須
- 3年以上の事業会社における人事業務、または関連分野での実務経験
- 社内外の関係者と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーションカ・調整力
- ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
