お仕事内容

  • 業務内容

  • 接客・調理・清掃などの店舗運営全般と店舗管理

  • スタッフ育成・チームづくり

  • MDSを含むデリバリー運営

  • OSAT・FS・SPEEDなどサービス指標の改善

  • 本部・BCとの連携、レポート作成

  • 課題を見つけ、自ら動き、改善に挑戦する取り組み

給与

  • 給与・待遇

  • 未経験:月給22万円〜

  • デパートメントマネージャー:月給25万円〜(経験・能力を考慮)

  • 店長:月給35万円〜

  • 昇給:5月

  • 賞与:4月(業績連動)

  • 社会保険完備

  • 食事補助
