創業30年老舗の沖縄料理専門店

  • 仕事内容

・ホール対応全般

・アルバイトスタッフの教育、採用

・シフト管理

・衛生管理

・店内販促

・食材管理

・仕込み、調理全般

できるところから始め、慣れてきたら徐々に幅を広げ、最終的にはホールとキッチン両方をお任せ、店舗マネジメントまでこなして頂きます

経験・能力に応じ丁寧にお伝えしていきますのでご安心下さい

引っ越しを伴う転勤なし(店舗配属変えはあり)

年収 円 ~

月給 350000円 ~

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代:84,000円

みなし残業時間:45.00時間

  • 店長候補:月給350,000円~

  • 固定残業代45時間分・84,000円含む

  • 店長(A):月給390,000円~

  • 固定残業代45時間分・93,000円含む

  • 店長(B):月給360,000円~

  • 固定残業代45時間分・86,000円含む

※店長(A)と店長(B)は、

『数値目標(売上、FL、CS、衛生、その他等)の達成度合い』により変動します。

試用期間の長さ:3ヶ月
