- Sales activities from initial negotiations to orders and contracts
- Formulating and executing customer development strategies
- Customer interviews, proposing improvements to product and service development
- Developing major customers nationwide and building relationships and trust
- Setting and executing team goals and indicators (KGI/KPI)
- Optimizing sales methods, standardizing and modeling, preparing manuals, etc.
