仕事内容:
当社のデータベースには、約2万社の人材紹介会社の特徴や強みを集約。これを活用した独自のビジネスモデル「エージェントマネジメント企画」により、クライアント企業と人材紹介会社をつなぐ橋渡し役として活躍することがミッションです。

新規受注や達成状況に応じてインセンティブを支給します。月給も30万円スタートなので、1年目から年収500万円以上を目指すことも十分に可能です。モチベーション高く活躍してほしいと考えています

オリジナルの研修システムがあります。約2ヶ月間の期間で、定期的な座学やロールプレイング、OJTを通じて基本的な営業方法を身に付けるためのものです。

求める人材:
【必須】
●営業経験のある方(目安6ヶ月以上)
●採用領域のビジネスおよび当社の事業に対する興味・高い意欲
●上場企業をはじめとした大手企業へのコンサルティングを身に付けたい方
●PowerPointおよびMS office(word、excel)の基本的な操作が分かっていること。

10:00~19:00 実働8時間、休憩1時間(自由取得可)

給与:
固定残業代あり:月給 ¥300,000 〜 ¥347,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥57,000〜¥65,000(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
【初年度想定年収※未経験】
390万円~450万円
【月給内役】
30万円~+賞与+インセンティブ
※経験や能力を最大限に考慮します。
※上記には固定残業代(月30時間分/57,000~65,000円)を含みます。超過分は全額支給。
※昇給は年2回 6月と12月。半期での売上高や関与したクライアント企業の難易度における成果によって判断します。
※インセンティブ制度あり/新規受注やQごとの達成および通期の達成によって規定のルールにより支給。
※人材業界経験者:月給42万円~51万円+賞与+インセンティブ/想定年収546万円~
