【業務内容】
・当社の決済・信用領域におけるデータ分析
・サービス改善、マーケティング施策、与信モデル等の分析・提案
・生成AI(LLM、RAGなど)を活用した分析プロセスの設計・導入
・事業戦略やKPI設計、モニタリング支援
・経営層やプロダクトチームとの連携による意思決定支援
【応募要件】
<必須スキル・経験>
- 日本語N1以上
- App/Webサービス企業または広告プラットフォームでのデータ分析経験(5年以上)
- SQLによるデータ抽出・集計スキル
<歓迎スキル・経験>
- A/Bテストやマーケティング施策の効果測定
- チームまたはプロジェクトのマネジメント経験
- Python等を用いたデータ分析経験
- KPI管理や事業計画の立案・運用経験
- 生成AI(LLM、RAG)を活用した分析・業務改善経験
- 与信系プロダクトの延滞率・貸倒れ分析経験
