「Rolmy」「MEN'S GOAT」 などに掲載する
広告クリエイティブ・LP(ランディングページ)制作をお任せします。
ただ"作るだけ"のデザイナーではなく、
「どうすれば反応が取れるか」「どうすればもっと売れるか」
を考え、デザインの力で成果を出すことがミッションとなります。
■ 具体的な仕事内容
自社メディアのデザイン制作を一貫して担当していただきます。
- LP・バナー・広告クリエイティブのデザイン(Canva/Figma/CapCut など)
- HTML/CSSによる簡単なコーディング
- LPの構成企画・キャッチコピー作成
- 広告配信後の数値を見ながらの改善・ブラッシュアップ
企画 → 制作 → 配信 → 改善まで関われるため、
「作って終わり」ではない、本物のデザイン力が身につきます。

Instagram・TikTok・LINEなどの主要SNS広告として配信。

パブリッシャー様向けのトレーディングデスクとして、最新のアドテクノロジーを活用したメディアマネタイズのコンサルティングを行っております。

- フレックスタイム制
(標準労働時間8時間/日、コアタイム11:00〜16:00、フレキシブルタイム:7:00〜11:00、16:00〜20:00)★フレキシブルタイムは自由に勤務時間を決めていただけます★
- 固定残業:40時間
- 平均残業実績:10~20時間/月

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥280,000 〜 ¥360,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥66,700〜¥85,800(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
