【職務概要】

デジタルパートナー事業部の"データアナリスト"として、クライアント企業の事業成長を支援するために、Webサイトやマーケティング施策のデータ分析を通じた課題発見および改善提案を行っていただきます。アクセス解析だけでなく、KPI設計やデータ統合分析、レポート作成、施策の立案・運用支援まで一貫して携わり、クライアントのデジタル領域における意思決定を後押しするポジションです。

【職務詳細】

・Google Analytics(GA4)などを用いたアクセス解析・ユーザー行動分析

・クライアントへのレポーティングと改善提案の実施(定例会・ワークショップ参加含む)

・KPI設計やモニタリングダッシュボード構築の支援

・Webサイトやアプリの課題抽出と改善施策の企画立案

・広告、CRM、MAツール、外部データなどとの連携を踏まえた統合的なデータ分析

・分析結果を活かした施策の効果検証や改善案の提案

・データ活用推進に向けたクライアント教育・啓蒙活動

【求める人材】

【必須】

・Google Analytics(特にGA4)、もしくはAdobe Analyticsを用いたWebアクセス分析の経験

・分析結果に基づいた改善提案またはレポート作成の経験

・ExcelやGoogleスプレッドシートでのデータ集計・可視化スキル

・Webマーケティング領域に関する基本的な知識(SEO/広告/コンバージョン最適化など)

・論理的思考力と、エンジニアやマーケター以外の多様な関係者とも円滑にコミュニケーションを取れる能力

【尚可】

・Google Tag Manager(GTM)の設定・運用経験

・SQLを用いたデータ抽出・分析の経験

・Tableau、Looker Studio 等のBIツールを活用したダッシュボード構築経験

・ABテストやCRO(コンバージョン改善)の企画・設計・運用経験

・MA/CRMツールの理解やデータ連携設計の経験

【給与】

年収:600万~900万程度

月給制:月額428572円

給与:■月額には固定残業代と生涯設計手当(55,000円)を含む

賞与:年2回(6月/12月)

昇給:年1回(4月)

JR山手線「五反田」駅より徒歩5分

勤務地変更の範囲:本社及び全国の事業場、支社、営業所

10:00~19:00(配属先により変動あり)
