About the RoleThis role involves mechanical design engineering for medical devices, including product design, documentation, and verification. The role requires expertise in 3D-CAD tools and a strong understanding of molded and mechanical components.
Key Responsibilities
Design and verification of medical devices
Molded product design
Creation of design documents and various forms 3D-CAD design using SolidWorks or Creo Conduct experiments and prepare detailed reports
Qualifications
Must Have:
3+ years of hands-on experience in: 3D-CAD design (SolidWorks)
Medical device design and verification
Molded product and mechanical design
Good to Have:
Ability to generate detailed engineering drawings and specifications
Knowledge of plastic, sheet metal, and casting parts design
Experience with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) tools for structural, static, and vibration analysis
Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance for mechanical products
Rapid prototyping and awareness of 3D printing
Experience with Quality Management Systems (ISO13485, FDA CFR21.820)
Understanding of medical device manufacturing/testing procedures

Native level or JLPT N2 and above (strong communication, reading, writing, and presentation skills)
