BJIT Ltd. is looking for Mechanical Design Engineer (CAD / IT / AI)Job Description / Responsibility
Key Responsibilities
Mechanical design and drafting of fire engine components and vehicle-mounted systems
Creation and modification of drawings using AutoCAD (main) and 3D CAD (SolidWorks)
Design of piping systems for firefighting facilities and vehicles
Support strength calculations based on material, weight, thickness, and durability requirements
Collaboration with Japanese engineers on 3D modularization and design standardization
Participation in future DX initiatives, including:
Design process automation
Migration from ladder logic to C / C++ / Python-based control systems
AI-assisted design review and optimization
Sensor, camera, and data-based system development for fire engines
Contribution to long-term initiatives such as:
Software integration into fire engines (water volume, pressure, ladder distance, etc.)
IT-based analysis of tender specifications and documentation
Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Skills Required:
Python, C++, 3D CAD
Required qualification and experience:
AutoCAD (mandatory)
Basic knowledge of mechanical design
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Engineering background (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive, or related field)
