仕事内容

  • 業務内容:

組織の運営を円滑に進めるために必要な業務全般を担当していただきます。

スキルに応じて、業務をお任せいたします。

【経理・会計 事務】

・入出金管理、請求書発行、明細書作成、領収書発行、債権債務管理、経費精算、振込

※会計ソフトは freee使用

【人事労務 事務】

・入・退社手続き、各種保険手続き、給与計算、従業員の勤怠・休暇管理、就業規則や規定の作成

入退社時には必要な書類を作成し、社労士事務所に依頼をします。

【総務 事務】

・備品管理(備品購入、メンテナンス・消耗品の発注管理等)

・書類管理

・電話応対 等
