不動産仲介スタッフとしてのお仕事です。

お客様に最適な物件のご提案・ご案内を行っていただきます。(要英語力)

【主な仕事内容】

  • 不動産物件の紹介・案内(要英語力)
  • 契約書類の作成および管理
  • お客様からの問い合わせ対応(要英語力)
  • チームメンバーとの連携による業務改善提案

不動産賃貸契約・事務の実務経験

基本的なPC操作(Word, Excel)ができる方

  • 海外留学経験のある方

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間は、月曜日から金曜日までの9時~18時です。

昼休憩は60分です。

残業は繁忙期には変動する可能性があります。

週休二日制で、祝日はお休みとなります。

勤務地:

国内出張の可能性あり

屋内禁煙(喫煙専用室あり)

アクセス:

最寄りの東山線 伏見駅から徒歩約7分の距離にあります。また、バスも利用できるため、通勤が便利です。勤務地までのアクセス方法については、お気軽にお問い合わせください。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥230,000 〜 ¥275,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥30,000(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

  • 昇給あり
  • 交通費支給(月上限20,000円まで実費支給)
  • 固定残業代制度なし。残業が発生した場合は別途支給
