【配属組織について(概要・ミッション)】

・日立製作所の本社部門に属し、経営戦略、財務戦略、人財戦略など、日立グループの経営に関わるコーポレート広報を担う部門。

・日立が行う様々な取り組みをマスコミを通じて社内外に伝え、日立の企業価値の最大化を活動目的としています。

・社長や経営層とコミュニケーションをとる機会が多く、日立の経営に近い立場で活躍する場が与えられています。

・海外拠点のコミュニケーションメンバーとのやりとりが日常的に発生したり、英語での資料作成等が求められるため、語学力が必須となりますが、グローバル人財としての活躍を視野に入れたキャリアパスを描く事が出来ます。

・本部内での人財交流や組織の枠を超えた連携も活発ですので、社内コミュニケーション業務やSNS運用業務、イベントの企画・運営、ブランド管理業務など、幅広いコミュニケ―ション業務の経験を積んでキャリアを形成することが可能です。

【募集背景】

【職務概要】

・日立グループの経営に関わるグローバルな広報戦略の立案・遂行において、実務を実行する。

・担当する分野について、広報実務の担当者として広報活動を実行し、中期経営計画及び全社のブランド・コミュニケーション戦略に整合させる。

【職務詳細】

広報担当者として、下記業務を担当いただきます。まずは既存の案件にサポートとして入っていただきながら、徐々に案件を取りまとめいただくことを想定しております。

・メディア広報業務の企画・立案

・プレスリリースの作成

・日常的な記者とのコミュニケーション、記者との質疑応答

・記者会見や説明会の企画・立案・運営・メッセージ作成・フォローアップ

・社内関係部署とのコミュニケーションによる発表案件の掘り起こし

・事件、事故などリスク発生時のクライシスコミュニケーション

・社会の変化や日立に対する期待などのマネジメントへのフィードバック

【ポジションの魅力・やりがい・キャリアパス】

・広報部員として、日立グループのかじ取りをする社長や経営層と密に連携し、時には、その代弁者としてメディアと向き合い、ステークホルダーに情報発信する機会が多いのが特長です。

・各海外拠点のコミュニケーション担当者と連携して業務を行うことが多く、グローバルな視点で広報活動ができます。

【働く環境】

・イベントやソーシャルメディアを活用したコミュニケーションを担う部門、日立グループのブランディングを担う部門と同じ本部内にあり、広報部は部長以下、10名〜の組織。部員の半数が35歳未満で、若手が活躍している部門です。

・社長や経営層とコミュニケーションをとる機会が多く、日立の経営に近い立場で活躍する場が与えられています。

・在宅勤務をベースとしており、出勤頻度は各自の業務内容に応じた個人の裁量に任せています。業務内容によっては、記者との取材対応や記者会見など、出勤頻度が高まる場合もあります。

・広報もしくは広告代理店にてプレスリリースの作成や取材対応の経験をお持ちの方

・英語力(TOEIC800点目安)

※資料作成、メール、稀に会議でも使用

【給与】

■想定月給:269,000〜448,000円

■想定年収:4,900,000〜7,600,000円

(参考)ポジション別の理論年収

本部長クラス以上:約1,700万円〜3,000万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

部長クラス :約1,450万円〜2,000万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

課長クラス :約1,150万円〜1,500万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

主任クラス :約800万円〜1,050万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

担当者クラス :約500万円〜750万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

※内訳:月給12ヵ月分および標準的な賞与(賞与業績反映分、時間外労働手当や住宅手当等の諸手当は別途支給。ただし、主任クラスおよび担当者クラス上限の年収は、裁量労働勤務手当を含む。)

※担当者クラス下限の年収は大学学部卒初任給ベースで算出

※ポジションの職責の大きさに応じて報酬を決定するため、同じクラスの中でも年収の幅があります。

8:50〜17:20(実働7時間45分、休憩45分)
