事業基盤であるポイント・データ・サービスの維持拡大を担う部門です。
7000万人(今後1.2億人)ユーザが利用するポイントサービスの安定運用と、日々のアップデートを主体的に取り組んでいくハブ的なミドルオフィスの中核的部署です。
女性が多く、子育て中のメンバーもおり、フレンドリーで風通しのよい部門です。
マニュアル、社内勉強会も充実しており、PJも必ず2名体制で、誰でもわかる状態としチーム力をもって対応、推進するチームです。

仕事内容

新規事業やサービスを企画して、サービスインの実現まで社内横断のPJをマネジメントする仕事を担っていただきたいと考えております。

・営業と協働し、アライアンス提携先へのポイントサービス導入に伴う、サービス要件定義と導入までの支援業務管理
・新規CRMサービスのビジネススキーム、サービス要求設計
・新規サービスの全社横断PJマネジメント業務
・IT部門と共同し、Tポイントサービスの安定運用とメンテナンス全般

新規・既存提携先のサービスイン・追加対応に関して、営業担当から提携先の課題とその手段を確認し、ITと当部門で基盤追加対応を行います。プロジェクトを主導しますが、2名対応で行い、誰でもわかる対応で推進します。(提携先調整、スキーム提案、要件定義、工程管理)
※リアルは6か月~、ネットは2~3か月の期間のプロジェクトとなることが多いです。

求める人物像


・サービス要求のご経験やプロジェクト管理のご経験がある方
・事業会社などでサービス設計、新規事業などのご経験がある方
・構造整理力や、ロジカルに考える力をお持ちの方(顧客課題を整理し、適切な手段を提案する仕事のため必要なスキルとなります)

新Vポイント、新サービス価値づくりに関わっていくお仕事になりますので、
「先方の課題をヒヤリングし、適した手段スキーム提案をすること」「顧客志向でサービス要求を考えること」が得意な方が向いていると感じています。
