  • 本当に美味しいカヌレの販売
  • 全国の名店スイーツに囲まれて働ける
  • スイーツ好きには天国試食もできます

【具体的な仕事内容】

・接客・販売(商品説明、試食のご案内、レジ対応)

・バイト販売員への指導(声がけ例、レジ対応など)

・スイーツ商品補充・陳列(売れ筋の前出し、見せ方の調整)

・売れ筋の把握(何が動いているかを観察・共有)

・在庫確認(欠品防止の連携、補充判断)

・開店・閉店作業(清掃、準備、締め作業)

・催事・ポップアップの応援(設営・撤収サポート)

【1日の流れ】

  • 9:00~18:00シフト例(1時間休憩あり)

9:00 常設店 or 催事会場に出勤し準備

10:00 開店

10:00〜13:00 販売・接客・随時品出し業務

13:00〜14:00 お昼休憩

14:00〜18:00 販売・接客・随時品出し業務

18:00 退社

月:週の立ち上がり(売れ筋共有/陳列の整え)

火:接客中心(商品説明・試食・おすすめ強化)

水:在庫確認日(欠品防止、補充計画)

木:売場改善(見せ方の微調整、前出し・まとめ見せ)

金:週末準備(補充、導線調整、売れ筋の強化)

土日:繁忙対応(接客・補充・回転UP)

※シフト制のため上記で2日間は休日想定

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

(実働8H/催事会場によって変わります。)

基本給:月給 20万円 〜 25万円
