Tango Gameworksでは、Studioの新規立ち上げに携わるファシリティ担当者を募集しています。

開発スタジオの管理部門に所属し、ファシリティ担当としてスタジオメンバーの会社生活全般を支援します。
日常のオフィス環境整備、社内イベント企画・運営、社員の福利厚生支援、コミュニケーション活性化施策、グループ会社との連携等を行います。

〈業務内容〉

  • 施設および設備の総括。 
  • 複合機や電話機(PBX)の維持・管理 
  • ベンダー契約を管理し、グローバルおよびローカルのステークホルダーと協力して、契約やリースの見直し、交渉、開始、更新を支援 
  • 必要に応じて予算、財務報告書、契約、支出、発注書についての統合報告書の作成および提出 
  • 消火設備や火災警報システムの維持 
  • 物件管理担当者、請負業者、サプライヤー、ディストリビューター、ユーティリティ提供者、環境およびエネルギー機関の窓口業務。 
  • 会社イベントの準備・設営を支援または管理 
  • 施設担当者として、ビジネスリーダーと連携し、事業継続計画(BCP)の提案と策定。

※変更範囲:当社業務全般

〈応募資格〉

【必須(MUST)】

  1. ファシリティ、ワークプレイス、総務いずれかの経験5年以上 
  2. ベンダー管理及び予算管理 
  3. 外部取引先、内部各組織及びグループ会社と交渉できる共感力を含むコミュニケーション能力 
  4. 契約書の理解及びコンプライアンス・情報セキュリティに関する知識と理解及び機密情報の取り扱い実務経験 
  5. 財務、人事に関する一般的な理解、関連メンバーとの円滑な協業 
  6. 多文化理解 
  7. 柔軟な適応力 
  8. 防火・防災管理者 
  9. 日本語能力検定N1(母国語が日本語でない場合)

【あれば尚可(WANT)】

  • グローバルマトリックス組織での勤務経験 
  • ビジネスマネジメント、オペレーションマネジメント、または関連分野の学士号(優遇)。 
  • 突発的な業務に素早く対応し結果を出せる柔軟性、瞬発力及び能動的行動力 
  • 衛生管理者資格

アクセス:JR「田町駅」三田口 徒歩7分、都営三田線・都営浅草線 「三田駅」徒歩5分

・変更範囲:全国の当社拠点

■ 勤務条件

・雇用形態:正社員(期間の定め無し)/ 契約社員(期間の定め有り)※更新:有(5年を上限とする)
・試用期間:6ヶ月(賃金の変更無し)

・給与:想定年収 400万円~
・月給 333,300円~(基本給243,000円~ 固定残業代(45時間分)90,000円~ を含む。超過分支給)
・賞与制度:有り(正社員のみ)

・就業時間:10:00〜19:00
・所定労働時間:8時間(休憩1時間)
・時間外労働:有り
・フレックスタイム制:有り(コアタイム:無し)

・通勤手当:当社規定により支給
