通販企業様(クライアント)の「事業パートナー」として、

通販商品の定期購入者獲得を行うコールセンターのSV業務をお任せします。

◎法人営業力・マネジメント力・組織運営をする力が身に付きます。

《具体的には》

◆クライアントとの次回プロモーションの企画・提案の打ち合わせ、結果報告

◆コミュニケーター20~40名のマネジメント

◆スクリプト作成・分析したデータを基にコミュニケーターの教育
