仕事内容:

スマホ・PCの訪問セットアップや操作サポートを行う業務。ノルマなし・直行直帰で自分の時間を確保しやすい環境です。

【具体的な仕事内容】

個人宅へ訪問し、スマホ初期設定やデータ移行(旧端末→新端末)

Wi-Fiなどネットワーク設定、接続不具合の簡易サポート

PCの基本設定、周辺機器の接続サポート

操作説明、アフターサービス対応

訪問件数:1日5〜6件(状況により1〜2件の日もあり/スタンバイ待機)

【1日の流れ】

09:00〜 ご自宅から1件目へ直行

10:00〜 訪問サポート(2〜3件)

13:00〜 休憩

14:00〜 訪問サポート(2〜3件)

18:00〜 直帰・日報提出(iPad)

勤務時間・曜日:

■9:00~18:00

・休憩:1時間

・夜間勤務:なし

・月平均残業時間:10時間以下

・専門業務型裁量労働制

・前日までにiPadへ翌日の訪問スケジュールを配信

・1日5〜6件訪問(当日によっては1〜2件のスタンバイのみ)

・直行直帰:全員が原則直行直帰で勤務(強く推奨)

休暇・休日:

・シフト制(月9〜12日休み/月3日の希望休可)

・年間休日120日

・年末年始休暇

・有給休暇

・慶弔休暇

勤務地:

・直行直帰のため通勤先への出社原則不要

・自家用車持ち込み歓迎(手当あり)

※原則屋内禁煙、喫煙室あり

アクセス:

※ご自宅から概ね90分圏内を担当

給与:

・昇給:年1回(9月)
