What you'll do

In conjunction with Klook's 2026 Spring campaign, we are seeking a Chief Spring Officer to lead Klook's spring travel content and share insights across Japan, South Korea, and Mainland China ("Campaign").

This role will be responsible for discovering the best spring travel experiences, helping travelers navigate peak travel periods with less stress and more ease, as well as translating firsthand spring travel experiences into actionable content, insights, and recommendations.


Key responsibilities include:
Monitoring and tracking spring bloom patterns, and providing real-time, on-ground insights and content from Japan, South Korea, or Mainland China
Logging 15,000–25,000 steps daily to identify optimal timing, locations, and experiences for spring travel
Taking over Klook's social media accounts during spring season to share curated spring travel experiences, repurpose existing assets, and deliver timely, insight-led guidance ahead of peak bloom periods
Making fast, informed decisions in dynamic environments, responding to changes in weather conditions, crowd density, and bloom progression
Testing and evaluating Klook experiences in real time, including rail passes, day tours, cafés, and onsen, to inform content and recommendations

What you'll need

We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of spring travel dynamics and the ability to translate personal travel knowledge into high-impact, audience-relevant content.


You may be a strong fit if you:
Have traveled to Japan, South Korea, or Mainland China during spring in the past three years, and thereby possess firsthand understanding of recent peak-season travel challenges
Demonstrate strong stamina and resilience, with an ability to sustain long days of on-ground exploration
Remain composed and decisive when plans change due to external conditions
Have experience capturing and communicating time-sensitive moments through content (e.g. content creation, photography, videography)


Candidates based in Mainland China, Japan, or South Korea, or with confirmed travel plans to these destinations during the spring period, will be preferred.
