募集背景 私たちトリファは、国内利用者数トップクラス・ユーザーレビュー4.6を獲得している海外eSIMアプリ「トリファ(trifa)」を提供しています。 「パスポートとトリファだけで海外旅行が完結する世界」を目指し、通信を"旅行インフラ"へと進化させる挑戦を続けています。 国内トップクラスの利用実績と4.6のユーザー評価を背景に、 現在はインバウンドに加え、台湾・韓国を中心とした東アジア市場へ事業を拡大。 2024年にはANAホールディングス、グローバル・ブレインらから総額12億円の資金調達を実施しました。 プロダクト・組織ともに次の成長フェーズに入り、 ・グローバル展開を前提としたアーキテクチャ設計 ・技術的負債と中長期スケールの両立 ・開発組織の拡張・レイヤリング ・経営判断と技術判断の一体化 が重要な経営テーマになっています。 本ポジションでは、技術の最終意思決定者として、事業成長を技術で牽引するCTOを担っていただきます。 業務内容 ・事業戦略を踏まえた技術戦略・技術ロードマップの策定 ・プロダクト全体(バックエンド/フロントエンド/モバイル)の技術的意思決定 ・アーキテクチャ設計・技術選定における最終判断 ・開発組織の設計・スケール(EM/テックリード層の設計) ・技術的負債・リスクの管理と中長期改善計画の策定 ・経営メンバーとしての意思決定(CEO/PdM/Bizサイドとの連携) ・技術観点での採用戦略設計・最終見極め ・必要に応じたレビュー・壁打ち・技術支援 開発環境 ・モバイルアプリ:Flutter ・フロントエンド:TypeScript, , React ・バックエンド:TypeScript, , Cloud Run ・DB:MySQL (Cloud SQL) ・インフラ:Google Cloud (GCP), Firebase ・CI/CD:GitHub Actions ・デザインツール:Figma ・ソースコード管理:GitHub ・プロジェクト管理:Notion, Miro ・コミュニケーション:Slack ポジションの魅力 ・経営と並走しながら技術で事業をドライブできる プロダクト・組織・市場拡大を、技術責任者としてリードします。 ・グローバル前提のプロダクト設計 多通貨・多言語・外部通信API連携など、世界基準の設計に関われます。 ・「作る」から「育てる」CTO 自分で書くフェーズから、チーム・アーキテクチャを育てるフェーズへの転換点です。 ・裁量と責任が一致するポジション 技術判断がそのまま事業結果に直結する、CTO本来の役割を担えます。
必須スキル
・Webアプリケーション開発経験(バックエンド中心・8年以上目安) ・プロダクト全体を俯瞰したアーキテクチャ設計・技術選定経験 ・開発組織のマネジメント/リード経験(EM・テックリードの統括) ・クラウド環境(AWS/GCP)での設計・運用経験 ・経営・事業視点を踏まえた技術判断ができる方

給与 年収 1,500万円〜3,000万円 月給 107.1万円〜214.3万円 ※みなし残業代(固定残業時間40時間分239,400円〜478,800円)を含む ※40時間を超える残業については割増賃金を別途支給 昇給・賞与 給与査定:年2回 賞与:年2回
