【仕事内容】

長年お取引のあるお客様へ、

自社で取り扱う製品の企画・提案をしていただきます。

※新規開拓はありません

私たちが扱う「電線」はインフラや通信設備はもちろん、

最近注目を集めているAI、FA、EVなど最先端技術にも必要なものです。

鉄道や自動車、携帯電話などあらゆるものを

支えている仕事なのでお仕事の安定性は抜群です

~具体的には~

  • 取引先訪問
  • 見積書作成、受発注業務(アシスタントに任せる場合もあり)
  • 在庫確認、スケジュール管理
  • 納品業務(製造メーカーまたは当社より発送)

【入社後について】

まず最初の1週間~10日は、営業アシスタント業務を覚えることからスタート

見積や受発注など、基礎から学んでいただきます。

その後は先輩同席のもとOJT研修を行います。しっかり不安を解消してから一人立ちできるよう、6ヶ月ほどかけて手厚く指導します

営業は社用車で回ります。だいたい週2日が外回り、週3日が社内業務のペースです

新規開拓、飛び込み営業などはないので、1社1社にしっかりと向き合えるやりがいあるお仕事です。

営業職では珍しく、残業も月20時間以下と少なめ。

なるべく定時で帰ろうという社風のため、みんな残業しているから自分だけ帰るのは気が引ける…と思う場面もありません

オンオフしっかり切り替えて、公私ともに充実させられる環境です。

【全従業員が中途入社】

少数精鋭の企業ではありますが、社長を含め、従業員20名全員が異業種からの転職者。

同族経営でもないんです。前職は中古車販売の店長、塾講師、工場の生産管理、通信事業の営業など本当に様々。

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 22万円 〜 27万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり4万円 〜 4万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり21時間 〜 26時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし
