【 仕事内容 】
社内の経理・事務サポート業務を
ご担当いただきます。
《具体的には…》
【メイン業務】
・支払い処理業務
・予算データの入力・整理
・請求書等の発行
・費用申請業務
・書類整理
・備品購入手続き
【サブ業務】
・会議資料作成の補助
・電話対応(取次程度)
月末は入出金処理が集中し
比較的忙しくなりますが、
それ以外の期間は落ち着いた環境です。
業務について不明点があれば
社員がしっかりサポートしますので
安心してスタートできます。
