人や車の出入りを確認します。

敷地内のパトロール
決まったルートを巡回します。
2人1組なので未経験でも安心

07:00|出社・引継ぎ
- 夜勤チームから状況を確認。
08:00|正門での出入管理
- 業者の受付やモニター監視。
12:00|お昼休憩
- 空調の効いた部屋でリラックス
13:00|午後業務開始
- 業者の受付やモニター監視、記録作成。
15:00|業務終了・退社
残業ほぼなし夕方は自由時間。

実働時間:1日あたり7時間
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 24日
①7:00~15:00(休憩1h、実働7h)
②15:00~23:00(休憩1h、実働7h)
③23:00~7:00(休憩1h、実働7h)
上記勤務時間を
①2日②2日③2日2日間休み
上記を基本の形として勤務します。
8時間勤務よりも1日1時間短い
「7時間勤務」を採用しています。
また、シフトは「日勤夕勤夜勤」と、
時間が後ろへ進んでいく順番で固定。
これは生体リズムへの負担が少ないとされる回し方です。
不規則なようでいて、
実は体が慣れやすく、
無理なく続けられるサイクルです
