9:00~18:00/10:00~19:00のうち、お好きな時間帯を選べます。

完全週休2日制(月~日で週5日勤務)

月~金、9:00~18:00固定勤務

  • 祝日に出勤日があたった場合は休みにすることも可能、出勤した場合は振替休日もOK

  • 業務内容

短期単発のお仕事と求職者のマッチングをメインでお任せします

求職者と電話で就業可能日をヒアリング

お仕事の空き状況を確認しシステム入力

※電話1件あたり、約5分程度

  • 求職者の方のスケジュールを確認し「ここ空いてますか?」「このお仕事どうですか?」といった会話から就業決定を出していくお仕事です。

  • サクサクお仕事を進めたい方やヒアリング上手な方におすすめです

  • クレーム対応は無いので、電話でのお仕事はちょっと…っと

身構えてしまう方でも安心してスタート頂けます。

その他にも、

・登録を希望される方への案内と登録業務

・社内のお仕事担当者への質問事項確認(チャットにて)

などの業務もお任せします。

【入社後の流れ】

入社後2ヶ月間は研修となります。業界未経験の方も時間をかけてスキルを身につけていける環境です。

・ビジネスマナー研修からスタート

入社後は集合研修へ参加。まずは2日間で会社の事やオフィスワークの基礎についてじっくり学んでいただきます。

・2週間の座学研修

専任講師が業務の流れや使用するシステムなどについて教えます。不明点はその場で解消できます。

・実務研修(5~6週間)

実業務想定のロープレを実施します。

・各チームへ配属実践へ

先輩が隣に座っているので分からないことはすぐに質問できます。計2ヶ月間の研修を経て独り立ちです。
