大規模建造物の骨格となる"鉄骨分野"に特化した建築設計事務所で、今よりも良い環境で働きませんか?

  • 主な業務

高層ビル・スポーツ施設等の大規模建造物の生産設計及び生産管理などを行います。

<具体的には>

  • 生産設計図・工作図作成

ゼネコン、ファブリケーターからの委託を受け、関係先との打ち合わせを通じ、設計、製作、施工等の情報を集約した生産設計図の作成を行います。

  • 工場製作管理/生産管理

GC、ファブリケーターの委託を受け、工場製作の生産技術管理、スケジュール管理等を実施します。

  • 建設コンサル

大臣認定資格、技術・技能資格取得の支援、生産管理。

当社は設計実務のみならず、クライアントへの技術的な提案や製作業務のマネジメントなど、プロジェクト全般を視野におき、業務を進めていきます。また、海外企業技術支援などの実績も豊富です。

  • 鉄骨工作図(管理者・作業者)、鉄骨製作管理、その他鉄骨関連技術者
  • GC等における鉄骨管理、その他関連分野経験者

<備考>

  • 工作図(生産設計図)とは?

設計情報を基に製作のための条件、現場建て方などの施工条件、付帯鉄骨に関する情報等を調整し、決定情報を落とし込んだ図面のこと。建築鉄骨の製作施工のためには、工作図は欠かすことができない重要な工程です。

情報はプロジェクトの進行と並行し個別的に決定するため、関係先との打合せ、調整をした上で工作図の中に織り込みます。

当社は、関連情報を漏れなく織り込み、どこの工場であっても、そのまま製作工程に提供できる完成図を提供することを目標に取り組んでいます。

職場環境


建築鉄骨は専門分野。生産設計図作成の高い技術を要することから、大手ゼネコン・ファブリケーター等から設立当初より信頼を頂き、大規模建設プロジェクトに数多く携わっています。

少人数ながら外部の技術者・設計者と協力し大規模プロジェクトを進めています。
