職務内容

Job description

目的:アクサ生命のブランド価値向上と企業イメージの強化を目的として、社外広報を中心に業務を遂行しながら、SNS(主にnoteを活用)を通じた情報発信や社内広報業務の一部も担う。社内外のステークホルダーとの良好な関係構築を推進し、戦略的コミュニケーションを支える。

External Comm:

- 社外広報の企画・実施(プレスリリース、メディアリレーションズ、取材対応など)

  • メディアやステークホルダーからの問い合わせ対応・関係構築

  • 広報活動の効果測定とレポーティング

SNS Operation:

  • noteを中心としたSNSコンテンツの企画・運営・管理(記事作成、編集、掲載、分析)

Internal Comm:

- 社外広報やアクサに関する様々な情報を社内外問わず積極的に発信

  • 社内コミュニケーションのツールを効果的に活用し、従業員のエンゲージメント向上に寄与

Reputation Management :

- (必要に応じて)リスク管理対応の資料作成やモニタリングのサポート

BAU/Operation:

- デイリーのニュースモニタリング(Clipping)作業

  • 既存の広報資料やコンテンツの管理および改善提案

求めるスキル・経験

Job qualification

【必要条件(資格、スキル、経験)】

・PR・広報、またはメディア・コミュニケーション関連業務において5以上の実務経験(PR会社経験者歓迎)

・プレスリリースやスピーチ原稿など、社外広報関連の資料作成経験

・PRプロジェクトの企画・運営・実行経験

・SNS(note、Facebook、LinkedInなど)のコンテンツ作成スキル

・英語力:TOEIC 850点以上、または同等のバイリンガルスキル(ビジネスレベルの英語とネイティブレベルの日本語)

・高いコミュニケーション能力と調整力、プロジェクトマネジメント能力

・自発的に情報を収集し、戦略的に発信できる能力

・チームワークを重視できる協調性

・高い視座と広い視野で物事を捉え、考えられる能力

・PCスキル(MS Office、特にPowerPoint、Word、Excel)

【歓迎する経験・スキル】

・金融業界、保険業界での広報経験

・noteや他のソーシャルメディアプラットフォームでのコンテンツ制作・運営経験

・危機管理対応の経験

・基本的な画像・動画編集スキル
