Position Overview
Tencent Cloud is rapidly expanding its cloud solutions across global markets, and we're looking for passionate and curious individuals to join our Solution Architecture Internship Program. As a Solution Architecture Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced cloud architects to design, document, and present technical solutions that address real-world client challenges. Whether supporting presales engagements, contributing to product enablement, or researching architecture patterns across industries, this internship will equip you with practical exposure to cloud technologies and cross-functional collaboration. If you're eager to grow your career in cloud computing and solution design, this is your chance to step into the future of enterprise technology.
  • Support the regional sales team as the technical point of contact for customers in the audio-video domain, including pre-sales consultation, PoC facilitation, and customer follow-ups. 
  • Assist the architecture team in analyzing client business architecture and identifying their technical needs and commercial opportunities across media scenarios. 
  • Help craft localized solutions for sectors such as OTT streaming, gaming, education, social media, and enterprise conferencing, leveraging Tencent's AV capabilities. 
  • Translate customer business and technical requirements into actionable input for product teams, contributing to product feature enhancement and localization efforts. 
  • Represent Tencent Cloud in product demos, media-focused workshops, and online/offline presentations to enhance brand awareness in regional markets. 
  • Collaborate with the channel and marketing teams to support ecosystem partners through enablement sessions, training, and joint campaigns. 

応募資格/Who We Look For

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical fields. Students from other majors with a strong interest in cloud/media tech are welcome to apply. 
  • Expected graduation between Q4 2026 and 2027, and must hold valid student status throughout the internship. 
  • Able to commit to at least 3 months of full-time internship. 
  • Prior internship experience in cloud computing, SaaS, or AV-related solution architecture is advantageous but not mandatory. 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and Chinese Mandarin, essential for engaging with stakeholders in China and local markets. 
  • Passionate about emerging audio-video technologies, cloud architecture, and delivering real-world impact through scalable tech solutions.
