資産運用専門の会社として2015年に設立されました。りそな銀行から資産運用部門を集約したこともあり、資産運用の歴史は前身からの通算で60年の長きにわたります。2025年3月現在で、運用資産残高58兆円、役職員198名(うち、アナリスト・ファンドマネージャーを中心に運用関連部門在籍者133名)を擁する国内有数の運用会社です。
※雇用元はりそな銀行ですが、りそなアセットマネジメント(株)へ出向となります。

【募集背景・ミッション】
同社はりそな銀行からスピンアウトする形で、資産運用専門の会社としてりそなグループ傘下に2015年に設立された、国内有数の規模を誇る運用会社です。
これまでりそな銀行を雇用元とし(りそなアセットマネジメント出向)りそな銀行にて人事業務を行う形態をとっていたことから、同社独自の人事機能はありませんでした。しかしながら、現在運用資産残高は55兆円に上り、従業員も200名超の規模となる中、今後更なる資産運用力強化に向け、運用(アセットマネジメント)業界に即した人事制度・報酬体系を作るべく、りそなアセットマネジメント㈱内に人事部門を立ち上げることとなりました。
日本政府が「資産運用立国」を掲げ、多くの金融グループが資産運用機能を独立した成長・注力分野の柱として位置づける中、競争は激化しています。その中でりそなアセットマネジメント独自の人事・報酬制度を構築、優秀な人材獲得・リテンション強化ができる制度設計とし、これまでりそな銀行と同一だった人事業務の内製化を進めており、それに伴う募集となっております。
※現在人事機能独立に向け進行中であり、年内には立上げにかかる制度構築が完了する予定です。人事部としてのスタートは2026年7月を予定しております(当面は経営企画部に所属いただきます)。
【業務内容】
従業員の給与計算、勤怠管理、福利厚生等の人事労務実務に携わっていただきます。
(具体的には)
・給与・賞与計算(給与・賞与・退職一時金の計算結果の照会、銀行振込、社保等の公的機関向けの書類作成・提出、保険料の銀行振込)
・勤怠管理(異常値の確認)
・その他、福利厚生管理(マイナンバー、DB・DC、財形・社宅・寮等)、労災・休職・復職等に係る事務手続き、人事総務事務、社員からの問い合わせ対応等、事務全般
※上記をメイン業務として想定をしておりますが、人事業務の立ち上げフェーズのため、上記業務に限らず安定運用まで幅広く人事関連業務に関わっていただく可能性がございます。
【働き方】
・残業時間は20-30H/月程度の見込みですが、メリハリをつけた働き方が可能です。
・テレワーク:りそなアセットマネジメントは、災害時の業務継続も考慮し、全従業員がテレワーク可能な態勢を構築しています。当部では基本的に出社勤務としておりますが、体調等に応じた柔軟な働き方を推奨しています。
・ご本人の意向や適性等を踏まえ、将来的に異動いただくことがあります。

【応募要件】
【必須要件】
・人事システムを使用した給与計算/勤怠管理業務の経験がある方(3年以上)
※当社はOBIC7ですが、このシステムに限りません
【歓迎要件】
・人事労務関連法令の知識および法令遵守意識
・チームメンバーの業務指導・育成経験
・社労士資格保有者または同等の知識
・アセマネ業界または金融業界での人事経験
・外部の事務委託先との協働経験
