Red Hat コンサルティングチームでは、Red Hat OpenShift 及びOpenShift Virtualizationを中心に、RHEL や Ansible を含むプラットフォーム領域全般を担当する OpenShift Consultant を募集しています。
本ポジションでは、IT およびソフトウェアエンジニアリングチームと連携し、オンプレミス、パブリッククラウド(ROSA/ARO など)、ハイブリッドクラウドといった多様な環境に対応した、スケーラブルでセキュアな基盤の設計・構築を支援いただきます。小規模な PoC(概念実証)の立ち上げから、将来的な全社展開を見据えた大規模環境の構築まで、Red Hat のコンテナプラットフォームを最適に活用できるよう、デリバリーチームの一員として取り組んでいただきます。
お客様が直面する複雑な技術課題に対し、OpenShift が持つスケーラビリティ、堅牢なセキュリティ、強力な CI/CD パイプライン機能を活用し、最適なアーキテクチャを提案・実現していただくことが期待されます。
また、仮想マシンとコンテナが混在する環境や、既存仮想化基盤を含むプラットフォーム全体を俯瞰した技術的な助言を行う役割も担います。

Primary Job Responsibilities:
RHEL、Red Hat OpenShift、Ansible など、Red Hat のオープンハイブリッドクラウド関連プラットフォーム製品の導入支援(要件定義、設計、構築、保守運用)
オンプレミス、パブリッククラウド、ハイブリッドクラウド環境における OpenShift 基盤の設計・構築
小規模 PoC からエンタープライズ規模の本番環境までの構築・展開支援
プロジェクトおよびクライアントチームのメンバーと協力し、期限および目標を達成
品質保証およびチケット/バグ管理を含むプロジェクトドキュメント、設計書、構成図の作成
クライアントへの技術的助言および知識共有(ワークショップ、技術説明、レビュー)
クラウドおよびシステムインフラストラクチャーの自動化・統合の設計および実装
自動化技術や DevOps プロセスの採用を定義・促進し、インフラおよびアプリケーションのライフサイクルを改善
クラウド技術、設計原理、統合ポイント、および自動化手法を用いたソリューションの設計と推進
Required Skills:
6 年以上のテクノロジー分野での実務経験(例:インフラ/プラットフォームエンジニア、コンサルティング、設計・構築、運用)
3年以上の Linux(RHEL または同等ディストリビューション)の実務経験
Kubernetes / OpenShift を用いた基盤設計・構築、または運用経験
クラウドインフラストラクチャーの設計および運用経験
DevOps または Agile プロセスの実務経験
オペレーティングシステムアーキテクチャーに関する知識
Docker などのコンテナ技術に関する知識と実務経験
AWS、Microsoft Azure などのパブリッククラウド利用経験
ストレージ、ネットワーク、モニタリング、セキュリティを含むインフラ全般の知識
Bash 等のコマンドラインツールを用いた作業経験
日本語よび英語での優た口頭・書面コミュニケーション能力
分散チームやオープンソースコミュニティと協働できる能力
自律的に調査・学習し、新しい技術やアイデアを短期間で実践できる能力
クラウド技術、設計原理、統合ポイント、および自動化手法を用いたソリューションの設計と推進
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have / Optional):
OpenShift Virtualization(KubeVirt)に関する知識または利用経験
KVM や VMware vSphere などの仮想化基盤の設計・運用経験
仮想マシンとコンテナが混在する環境でのアーキテクチャ設計経験
Ansible を用いたインフラ自動化の実務経験
既存システムのモダナイゼーションやクラウド移行プロジェクトへの参画経験
