【職務概要】
各企業をリードする大手企業を対象に、プライムベンダーとして、IT・DXを切り口とした業務・経営課題の解決を支援する営業です。
同社の営業は、単なる窓口担当ではなく、案件の構想段階から提案、社内調整、案件成立までを一体で担う、旗振り役としての役割を担います。
【職務詳細】
社内外のステークホルダーとフェーズに応じた合意形成を進めながら顧客折衝から案件リードを行います。
顧客からの事業・業務課題を受け、IT・業務の両面から、IT/DXニーズを把握
社内(開発部門・プロジェクトチーム・関係部署)との調整・合意形成
解決策検討、提案活動、社内レビュー、提案書・各種提出資料の作成
実行チームの組成から提案方針・案件成立までの一連の調整・推進
※既存顧客営業がメインですが、新規営業はテレアポだけではなく、アライアンス先・グループ会社・イベントでリード獲得した顧客への営業が中心です。
既存顧客:新規顧客の割合はおよそ8:2

・IT商材を扱っている企業(SIer、パッケージベンダ、コンサル等)での課題提案型の営業経験
・各ステークホルダーを巻き込んだ合意形成や、提案活動の経験
【尚可】
・システム導入による業務改善(課題特定~解決策検討~導入等)に関わった経験
・営業チームのリーダーやマネジメント経験
・募集部門が所管する業界に対する知見(在籍経験含む)
【給与】
年収:640万~1075万程度
月給制:月額394666円
給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇
賞与:年2回
昇給:年1回
