安定の経営体制・好立地港区・渋谷区周辺の自社ビル賃貸管理業務|完全週休二日制|転勤無し
【仕事内容】
原宿・六本木・青山等の都心一等地に保有する、当社自社ビルの賃貸借人の募集、契約・管理、建物管理者委託先との連携などをお任せ致します。

具体的には…
- 賃借人の管理
事務系業務…契約書類の準備や整理など
営業系業務…仲介業者への新規入居者獲得依頼・入居希望者様との条件交渉・未収金回収など
- 賃借人からの要望(クレーム)に対して、建物管理者委託先連携しての対処
- 賃借人との契約更新時等における契約条件変更(賃料増額交渉など)
- 新規募集を踏まえた、仲介業者からの情報収集など
主に上記業務に従事いただくこととなります。
