仕事内容:

「都市(まち)に森をつくる」というビジョンのもと、中大規模木造建築や木造ビルを実現するための施工図・製作図作成を担当します。

【主なお仕事について】

当社は接合金物工法「KES構法」や日本初の3時間耐火構造「COOL WOOD」など、世界に誇る独自の木造技術を保有する構造体メーカーです。

・AutoCADやXF15等のツールを使用した木造建築の施工図・製作図作成

・スキルに応じた小規模プロジェクトの担当や先輩の図面フォロー

・適正な発注数量の算出と部材手配

・加工工場への詳細な加工指示

・現場担当者との図面に関する打ち合わせ・問い合わせ対応

入社後は、図面作成の基礎から段階的に学んでいただきます。未経験の方でも、3〜4人のチーム担当制により先輩社員のフォローを受けながら無理のない範囲で業務をスタートできる環境です。ゆくゆくは確認申請以降のフェーズとして、プロジェクトを支える生産管理の中核を担う存在を目指していただきます。

【必須条件】

・大学院、大学、短期大学、専修・各種学校、高等専門学校、高等学校卒以上

・CADソフトの利用経験(AutoCAD、Jw_cadなど種類不問) または 建設業界での実務経験

【歓迎条件】

・建築士(1級・2級)の資格をお持ちの方

・学生時代に建築について学んだ方 ※木造の専門知識は入社後に身につけられるため、意欲重視の採用です。

モデル年収:(1)576万円(主任職/2級建築士 万円(係長職/1級建築士)
