仕事内容
法人のお客様が使っている複合機やプリンターを、
止めない・困らせないためのサポートを行う仕事です。
【決まった流れで、落ち着いて対応】
インターネットにつながった機器から届く通知を確認し、
不具合や修理が必要なサインが出たら、お客様へご連絡。
状況を伺い、簡単な内容は電話でご案内し、
対応が難しい場合は修理の手配を行う。
【迷わないための仕組み】
トークスクリプトやマニュアルが用意されているので、
知識がなくても、確認しながら進められる。
モニターは2台を使用し、必要な情報を見比べながら対応します。
【一人にしないサポート体制】
丁寧な研修とフォロー体制があり、未経験から始めた方も在籍。
ノルマはなく、目の前の対応に集中できる環境。
お客様の業務を支える、静かだけれど確かな役割を担う仕事。

応募資格
コールセンター経験がある方(年数や業種は問いません) / その他資格は不問 / アウトバウンド経験がある方、大歓迎PCスキル:文字入力ができる方(キーボードを見ながらでもOK) / Excel、Word、ビジネスメールの操作が可能な方

- 休憩時間はいずれも60分
- ②シフトは月1~2回ほどお願いする可能性あり(独り立ち後、開始)

- 残業ほとんどなし月1h以内(1分単位で給与計算)
