クロスドメイン コンピューティング ソリューション事業部(XC)の日本における開発統括部門(XC/NE-JP)の責任者として、CTO(最高技術責任者)としての戦略的視点と、EOR(エンジニアリングオペレーションズマネージャー)としての卓越した業務遂行能力を兼ね備えた、唯一無二のリーダーシップを発揮していただきます。
このポジションは、日本のリーダーシップチームの重要な一員です。技術的なビジョンを定義すると同時に、一部の側面においてエンジニアリングプロジェクトを効率的かつ持続可能な形で遂行する責任を担います。
この役割では、起業家精神、テクノロジー分野におけるソートリーダーシップ、そしてアジャイル開発のロールモデルとしての活躍が期待されます。組織の技術・アーキテクチャロードマップを主導し、開発効率を向上させ、日本の自動車市場の要求に応えるためのイノベーション文化を醸成していただきます。
主な職務と責任:
戦略的・技術的リーダーシップ: グローバルなXC戦略との連携を確保しながら、日本市場における技術ビジョン、アーキテクチャの指針、および技術ロードマップを定義・実行する。
卓越したオペレーション: 開発組織のために、効率的かつ持続可能なワーキングモデルを推進する。すべてのソフトウェアおよびシステム製品のデリバリー能力、品質、スピードを監視し、継続的に改善する。
チームリーダーシップと人材育成: レジデントエンジニアリング、サンプルコーディネーション、セーフティ、セキュリティ、PMOなど、多様なエンジニアリング組織を率いて、高性能な中央開発チームを構築する。
リソースおよびコンピテンス管理: グローバルな開発ネットワーク(IDN)を活用し、プロジェクトの遂行と将来のコンピテンス(専門能力)向上を確実にするため、エンジニアリングリソースを効果的に管理・配分する。
プロセスと品質の推進: ASPICE、アジャイル、CI/CDなどの主要な開発プロセスや方法論を推進・導入し、セーフティおよびセキュリティに関する自動車業界の基準への準拠を徹底する。
ステークホルダーとの連携: 社内のビジネスユニット、社外の顧客、パートナーに対する主要な技術窓口として機能する。グローバルなXCの技術・オペレーションコミュニティ内で強力な関係を構築・維持する。
イノベーションと市場へのフォーカス: 技術革新と先行開発活動を促進する。市場のトレンドや顧客のニーズを、ADAS(先進運転支援システム)や自動運転市場向けの具体的な技術要件やソリューションに落とし込む。
資格
必須要件:
学歴: ソフトウェア工学、システム工学、コンピューターサイエンス、電気工学などの関連分野における大学の学位。修士または博士号をお持ちの方は特に歓迎します。
リーダーシップ経験: 自動車業界の研究開発、テクノロジー、ソフトウェア分野で10年以上のリーダーシップ経験。大規模で学際的なエンジニアリングチームを管理した実績があること。
専門技術:
ソフトウェア開発、デリバリー(CI/CD)、ソフトウェアアーキテクチャ、SoC(System-on-Chip)、AI(人工知能)に関する深い知識。
セーフティ(ISO 26262)、セキュリティ、ASPICEなどの品質基準を含む、自動車開発プロセスに関する深い理解。
業界知識: ADAS/自動運転およびコンピューティング市場に関する深い理解(主要技術、競合他社、エコシステムパートナーを含む)。
語学力:
ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語能力。
