〇秘書業務、研究費管理・研究費の管理業務、予算管理や経費精算・スケジュール管理・日程調整・来客対応・書類作成(Excel・Word)*英語対応について海外からのメール対応や来客時の簡単な英語でのコミュニケーションがあります。
給与:
時給1,530円~1,900円 ・交通費支給 ・超過勤務手当有り ・採用から3ヶ月間は試用期間 ・賞与有り(週30時間以上勤務)

- 必須(1)記載の仕事内容の経験を有する、または適性を有する方(2)英語でのメール対応や、来客対応に抵抗がない方(3)他の職員と協調して業務を遂行する能力がある方
