半世紀以上の歴史を持つ株式会社トーホープラスは、発電設備や社会インフラの塗装・改修・修繕工事を手掛けるプロ集団です。あなたには、施工管理技士アシスタントとして、現場の管理や書類作成などを先輩社員と一緒に学びながら、徐々に業務の幅を広げていただきます。

【主な業務内容】

・工事管理者の補佐

・施工管理アシスタント

・現場監督サポート

・数量拾い出し業務

※実際の塗装作業は行いません。

入社後は、社内外の研修やOJTを通じて、社会人としての基礎から建設業の専門知識まで段階的に習得可能。未経験でも安心してスタートできる教育体制が整っています。焦らずじっくりとスキルを身につけ、一人前の施工管理技士、国家資格取得を目指せる環境です。

給与:

【給与詳細】

新卒初任給(2026年度予定)

・大卒:月給260,000円

・短大・専門・高専卒:月給250,000円

※残業代は別途支給

※既卒者は最終学歴に応じて支給

その他、別途手当

・家族手当:配偶者10,000円、子5,000~8,000円

・住宅手当(規定有、上限30,000円、30歳未満限定)

・資格手当:土木・建築施工管理技士1級10,000円、2級3,000円、監理技術者2,000円

賞与・昇給

・賞与:年2回(7月・12月)+決算賞与(業績による)

・昇給:年1回(4月)
