仕事内容


乳児の保育業務(担任業務)

<2026年4月入社>

・自由遊び・お散歩

・検温や汗拭き、着替えの手伝い

・トイレの手伝い、オムツ替え、手洗いの手伝い

・保護者へのサポート

・食事やおやつの配膳、提供、後片付け

・午睡の準備や寝かしつけ、布団の片付け

・イベントや行事の計画、実行

・施設の安全、衛生点検

・清掃業務 など

【上新庄園について】

2014年開園のくじら保育園 上新庄園は、阪急上新庄駅から徒歩10分に位置にある小規模園です。

開園して10年となり、地域の方々にも認知され、地域に根差しています。

家庭的な雰囲気を大切にし、子ども一人ひとりと丁寧に関わり、

子どもたちに寄り添いながら保育をしています。

先生たちもベテランから若手までそろっていて、保育の内容はもちろんですが、

日々の出来事などワイワイ楽しく情報交換しているので、

わからないことがあればいつでも気軽に相談できるアットホームな雰囲気の園です。

【1日の流れ例】

7:30 順次登園 自由遊び

9:20 おやつ

10:00 朝の会 主活動(外遊び・製作など)

11:15 給食

12:30 お昼寝

<交代で休憩&昼食>

15:15 おやつ

16:00 順次降園 自由遊び(絵本・歌など)

18:30 延長保育開始

19:30 全員降園

※上記のうち実働8時間(シフト制)

勤務時間


変形労働時間制 1ヶ月単位

7:30~19:30 のうち、実働8時間(休憩60分)

[シフトの例]

(1) 7:30~16:30 / (2) 8:30~17:30 / (3) 9:30~18:30 など

給与


月給 230,000円 ~ 285,000円

給与詳細


※年齢・能力・経験により決定します。

基本給:200,000円~260,000円

人事院勧告手当:5,000円~30,000円(※年度ごとに支給額に変動あり)

下記別途支給

・処遇改善手当

・残業手当

・交通費(定期代を上限)

賞与あり:年2回(昨年度実績2.51カ月分)

昇給あり:年1回

固定残業代なし

試用期間3カ月あり(労働条件に変更なし)
