A global leader in enterprise SaaS in a specific segment within the FSI vertical. Major organizations are highly dependent on their solutions to manage, streamline and automate core business processes and deliver exceptional customer experience.
The Japan team is now elevating their solution advisory practice (pre-sales) to strengthen their value-based selling approach and has now created a new role for Japan.
Salary: 25-30M¥/annual compensation
The role:
- Partner with Account Executives to define account strategy and lead solution evaluations.
- Translate business needs into compelling solution architectures across cloud, analytics, and core insurance systems.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute workshops, demos, and value-based presentations.
- Support strategic deal preparation including business case development and executive alignment.
- Maintain market insight and thought leadership within the technology landscape.
Your skills & experience:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, preferably with some exposure to Financial Services.
- Excellent financial acumen to be able to comfortably articulate ROI, TCO and other important financial metrics that influence buying decisions
- Proven ability to lead complex solution evaluations and engage senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Strategic mindset and passion for driving customer success.
