業務内容
レジシステムや電子秤、郵便局の窓口端末など、自社製品の電子機器のメンテナンスや修理、見積り・施工内容のレポートなど携わり、欠陥がある場合には原因を調査し、対応します。
【各業務の説明】
- メンテナンス 取引先を回り定期メンテナンスを実施。所要時間は1時間~1時間半程度です。製品ごとに定められた確認項目に従って検査します。
- 修理 顧客からコールセンターへ修理の依頼が入り、近隣の営業所に在籍するサービスエンジニアにアサインします。1日少なくて2~3件、多くて7~8件の修理を担当します。細かな修理はなく、不具合がある箇所全体を取り換えることが多いため、高度な技術は求められません。
- 見積り・施工内容のレポート 次の修理担当者が困らないよう、修理の内容を全てレポートして管理します。貸与されているタブレットにて実施できるため、帰社後の業務を減らすことができます。

機器を導入している顧客の業界は、飲食チェーン店や食品加工センター、スーパーマーケット、郵便局など多種多様。それだけ多くの分野で欠かせない製品となっているため、サービスエンジニアには大きな責任と同時に特別なやりがいがあります。
【入社後】
本社(東京都大田区)にて3ヶ月間の集合研修を実施します。各製品の特長や強み、構造などを学ぶ製品研修や、実際に製品に触れて理解するメンテナンス研修を受講。他にも下記【教育制度】にある通り、豊富な研修制度があるため、常に成長できる環境です。
【スマートフォンとタブレット貸与】
配属後は、スマートフォンとタブレットが貸与され、製品や修理方法が分からない場合は、タブレットで確認可能。それでもわかりにくければ、本社の製品部や営業所で待機する先輩社員に質問できる体制があります。

【万全のフォロー体制をご用意】
機械いじりに興味がある方であれば、やりがいを持って取り組んでいただける仕事です。入社後に万全のフォロー体制があり、難しい知識などは必須ではありません。また、チームワークが強く、皆で協力しあえる明るいチームです。
