仕事内容:
新規OPEN超高給月36万円スタート2号警備指導教育責任者
この度、弊社では警備事業を開始する運びとなりました。
それに伴い、警備事業の中核を担っていただく事業責任者を募集しています。
あなたには警備スタッフの教育・研修などをお任せします。
現場で活躍する警備員ではなく、内勤がメインとなります。
【仕事内容】
・マニュアル整備
・面接業務 ・管制業務
・指導計画書の作成及び管理
・巡察業務
・他指導教育責任者業務
営業所内での内勤をメインに様々な業務をお任せします。
最初から全ての業務をお任せするわけではなく、少しずつ様々な業務に慣れていただきますのでご安心ください。
研修制度はもちろん、定期的な面談などのフォローアップも行っております。
成果に応じて正当に評価を行いますので、知識や技術を磨き、どんどんステップアップしてください。

・2号警備員指導教育責任者(指導教・指教責)
・普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

給与:
固定残業代あり:月給 ¥360,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥79,545(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
