対象エリア(東京・大阪)の飲食店を訪問

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥320,000 〜 ¥640,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥75,150(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

当社に初めて雇用され、以下の条件を満たした場合、初月に320,000円の

ボーナスが支給されます。

従業員が現職であり、ボーナス算定期間中に対象条件を継続して満たしていること。

従業員が当社の勤怠ポリシーに準拠していない場合は、支給対象外となります。

ボーナス算定期間中に、従業員がRocket Nowにて少なくとも5件の事業者を紹介し、当該事業者が事業者登録を完了し、かつRocket Nowアプリ上で販売可能な状態であること。

※従業員が事業者登録条件を満たしていたとしても、上記の条件1および2を満たしていない場合、ボーナス金額はゼロとなります。

※インセンティブの支払日は別途入社時にご案内いたします。

待遇・福利厚生:

・社会保険完備(雇用・労災・健康・厚生年金)

・通勤手当は、営業社員の自宅から最初の営業先及び最後の営業先から自宅までの移動を「通勤」とみなし、最も合理的な経路及び方法により公共交通機関を利用した場合に要する通勤に要した実費を支給するものとします。

・ただし、通勤手当の上限は、最大30,000円/月までとします。なお、通勤手当の支給に当たり、当社は、従業員が通勤に要した実費に係る、領収書などの支出を証明する書類の提出を求めることができます。
