【仕事内容】
SEとして、官公庁、自治体、社会インフラ企業に対して、デジタルトランスフォーメーション(DX)を事業としている組織において、ローコード/ノーコードツールを中心に顧客への提案・入札対応など幅広く担当いただきます。
- 業務内容
・お客様が実現したい事、課題の特定、ソリューションの提案・入札対応
・お客様から入札仕様書をもらい、内容に沿った提案書の作成・入札対応
受注後は、PMとして社内のシステムエンジニアとともに要件定義などの上流工程を担い、社内外の協力部門に開発を行っていただきます。出来上がったものの品質チェックや、プロジェクト全体のスケジュール管理なども行っていただきます。
- 配属組織について
社会システム第一本部への配属となります。同本部では官公庁・自治体、交通・エネルギーなどの社会インフラ事業をはじめ、防犯・防災など人々が生活をしていく上で欠かせない事業を展開している顧客を担当しております。

・受注活動(提案活動)から要件定義・設計・開発、導入後の運用・保守までの全工程を担当することができます。
・5〜10人程度の中小規模プロジェクトが多く、埋没することなく自身の裁量が発揮できる組織です。

40代を中心に、20代・30代と幅広い層の社員が在籍をしております。

転居を伴う転勤はありません。組織の所属は本社オフィスですが、ご自宅からの距離や業務によって応相談。顧客先、サテライトオフィス(勝どき)などで業務を行うこともございます。

【給与】
600万円〜1000万円
月給制 基本給280000円〜
