■担当予定の業務内容
・ソフトウェアの開発(課題発見、企画立案、要件定義、設計、実装、テスト、レビューなど)
・ソフトウェアの運用(不具合修正、性能改善、データ分析、障害対応など)
上記を、営業、企画、デザイナー、教材作成チーム、QAチームと一丸となってプロジェクトを進めていただきます。
今回は、小学生向けデジタル教材 LOGIQ LABOのプロジェクトで新機能の提案・企画から開発・実装までオーナーシップを持って従事いただくため、常に新しい技術を探索していただきます。また、生成AIを活用した教材開発をリードいただき、次世代の学習体験を提供する役割もお任せします。フロントエンド・バックエンド共に密に関わりながら開発に携わっていただくため、ソフトウェアエンジニアとして知見の幅を広げていただける環境です。

■ポジションの役割
プロジェクトの規模によって、企画・営業・開発が混成した 約5人~20人のチームで進めています。
その中で、担当エンジニア、またはリードエンジニアとしてご参加いただくことを想定しております。
具体的には営業、企画サイドからあがる要件を整理し、優先順位をつけ設計、開発に落とし込んでいただきます。また、ご自身で新しい機能を企画することも可能です。
